Footer is set from Theme Option/Footer Customization. From there you can set desired footer style to your website (picture 1).
Please not that each page also have page settings with footer option where you can override your footer style for certain page. (picture 2)
If you are using footer style2 (dark layout) you can edit it's menu items on the same page (video 3)
