Floris theme allow you to have different variant (like you might seen in demo) of category layout set from theme options/woocommerce/shop page.
As you see in the picture above you can set left, right and no sider bar on your category page, also next to "WooCommerce Shop Areas" title choose columns quantity for shop.
Additionally Floris theme has possibility to set different layouts for different categories. In that case you can override global theme option settings from category page itself if you edit category page, see picture below.
