Navigate menu in WordPress admin panel

1. Create a regular page under Pages/Add New Page, not necessary to enter any content there.

2. In Settings/Reading page, choose created blog page in "Posts page" field

3. Browser Theme Options/Blog section and adjust settings per your need.
