We use "WOOF" plugin in INTERIO theme, to filter products on shop. It can be placed on top, left, or right side from Theme Options/WooCommerce.
WOOF plugin is in recommended plugin bundle, and is prompt to be installed while you installing theme. If you missed or escaped it, you still can install it from your admin panel's plugin page if you search for there "WOOF".
WOOF plugin uses WooCommerce plugin's attributes you enter. It care for dynamic filtering. See how it works in this video tutorial
